Passing on the knowledge and love of the Catholic faith is one of our most basic responsibilities.
We are proud to offer a number of ministries that help parishioners use their gifts of teaching to
promote a greater understanding of a God who so loves us.
For information on how to grow your own faith, please visit our resource pages for
adult faith formation and youth faith formation

Religious Education Program

The Sunday Religious Education Program is available for children from age 3 through the 12th Grade. While the program firmly believes that parents are the primary educators of their children, the RE program supplements that formation by teaching the underlying doctrine and teachings that uphold the Catholic life.

Teachers and aides are needed for each grade level. Initial and ongoing training are provided and financed by the parish. If you are excited about the Catholic faith, would like to learn more about your own life of faith, and enjoy children, this ministry is your calling!

Vacation Bible School

VBS is held each summer. Through stories, songs, activities, crafts, and snacks, children enhance their understanding of faith and Bible stories. A multitude of opportunities are available for volunteers age 7th grade through adult. There is plenty of advanced work to be done if you can't be present during the week of VBS.

Baptism Formation

The parish has several teams of parents who work to prepare parents and soon-to-be parents for the baptism of their child/ren. These teams discuss the theology of the sacrament, walk through the rite, and share their own experiences. Training is provided.

FOCCUS (Facilitating Open Couple Communication, Understanding, and Study)

Engaged couples are paired up with trained married facilitator couples to review selected aspects of married life and facilitate communication between the engaged couple in these areas. An added benefit in this process is that the engaged couple, hopefully, forms a bond with the facilitating couple, giving them additional support during their marriage.

Training and materials are provided for couples who wish to serve as mentors.

Come Visit.
