Our Parish Prayer

Holy God,
Lord of heaven and earth, Your Son Jesus began his ministry by proclaiming the kingdom of God. He taught his disciples to pray, "The kingdom come, on earth as it is in heaven." We come to you as the St. Helen Parish community, and pray, "Thy kingdom come!" In our worship, our prayer, our gathering, our ministries, and our daily life, may we join hands with your Son in the work of Your kingdom. As people of Your Kingdom help us bear witness to your presence among us. May we always "seek first the kingdom of God." so that love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control are increasingly evident in our lives.
