St. Helen Parishioners and friends, please help us with the monumental task of staffing the festival.

Don't forget to sell your festival tickets, either! You should have received a packet in the mail, but if you need more contact the parish office at 937-254-6233 and we will redirect you to someone that can help. ​

BOOK FAIR:  (no magazines, textbooks, or encyclopedias) can be dropped off from 6-8pm June 6-9 in the school, room 117. 
BASKET BOOTH:  (goods, money, or a full basket valued at $200 or more) can be dropped off at school, the Credit Union, or rectory. 
PICK-A-PRIZE:  (new or lightly used items such as small toys, seasonal items, sports memorabilia, etc.) dropped off at the rectory. 
FUNNEL CAKES:  (powdered or granulated sugar) can be dropped off at the rectory. 

Flea Market

Flea Market turn-ins take place in the Smith Building. Popular items are: toys, household goods, knick-knacks, mystery garage stuff, linens, etc.  We cannot accept clothing, shoes, mattresses, gas powered engines, or large furniture.  We cannot accept tv’s or electronics older than 5 years old.

Tues., May 31 from 9:30-11:30am
Wed., June 1 from 6:30-8pm
Thur.,  June 2 from 6:30-8:30

Sat., June 4 from 3pm-5pm
Sun, June 5 from 9am-noon
Mon., June 6 from 6:30-8pm
Tues., June 7 from 6:30-8:30 last day!
